Called to ask about firearms, was told we are manufacturer and was hung-up on. I wouldn't trust any place with such poor customer service.
Extremely rude via phone. Potential sales lost in the thousands.
I have been inside on tours before it is not a bad place, but contrary to what google thinks this is not a gun shop this is a weapons manufacturer. THEY DO NOT SELL WEAPONS TO CIVILIANS. They are government contracted.
One of the places that I get freight. They are unorganized and the unions employees are rude (especially in the day shipping). Simple politeness would go a long way to improve the shipping experience.
