The manager Nicole was absolutely amazing tonight!! She was SO understanding & sweet. Ive never spoken to a manager this amazing in SO long... she immediately understood how we felt & did everything in her power to make it right. Even after calling twice, she was the sweetest both times I had called. Working in the food industry for 12yrs... these are the managers we need!! Thank you so much Nicole. I ordered a calzone, appetizer, and a dessert at 6:30 on a Saturday night. I didn't receive my food until 8 and I only received a pizza that wasn't mine. I called the store and they remade and sent my order. I received the second order at 9, and while I received my appetizer and dessert, they sent a pizza instead of my calzone. The food is great but I'm disappointed in the service.
Ordered via GrubHub and the pizza's arrived like they were fresh out of the oven. The gluten free crust was crispy thin and the ingredients tasted very fresh. They have an excellent variety but you can also create your own pizza online. We also enjoyed the chicken fingers and fries with the meal. Next we'd like to try bake your own pizza options.
The star is because the driver was extremely polite! I ordered a pizza that took an hour to get here . Which would have been fine if they did not make the pizza an hour ago! It was not even warm!
Was well worth the drive for me. Went up for the first time with my fiance who recommended them. I drove from lakes region in New Hampshire all the way to the Biddeford location. Waiter was great had the right personality for these trying times. Place was clean and positive atmosphere. I highly recommend them to anyone. Great place to stop especially after driving up the coast of NH and Maine. Thanks guys keep up the great work.
