I'm very unhappy with this bank, because they did not take a search therw a check. Cash it without even checking to see if the check is good or not before I needed the money. Very poor service because when I provided the information for them to call and fix the problem. They say they don't have nothing to do with it. They force me to pay. That is why the police will be called and reported, dealt with professionality. I'm not going to put up with the rudeness and disrespect from the managers over there. THEY HUNG UP ON ME!!!! Why they won't be hanging up when its the police. Its federal law, so I demand that this bank needs to have another look at on how checks need to be looked at.nnVery very unhappy.
Would be nice if they had a 24 hour help line.
