Very friendly and helpful when we went. Many apples and a beautiful sunflower field across the road. The apple farm had a little barn with a few things to buy like cider and maple candies! Some garden goodies too!
We love the Apple Farm! We visit yearly. Picking apples has become one of our family traditions. They have the best cider, warm apple cider doughnuts, a variety of different species of apples (Cortland are my favorite), an assortment of vegetables, canned goods and local crafts. On weekends they offer tractor rides, and on Maine Apple Weekend they offer wagon rides pulled through the orchard by draft horses. We went through our first half bushel so quickly this year that we made a second trip for another half bushel.
Good local apple provider usually but this year the crop isn't as bountiful as in the yrs past because of the shortage of rain. This isn't their fault. However the fact that they require you to wear a mask to enter their barn is all good however I am not sure why the kids on a hayride wasn't being told that they all needed 1?ud83eudd14
We go here nearly every year, we love picking apples and pumpkins at the apple farm. They have tractor rides, a playground area, and sunflower maze.
