I bought a fountain pen about 3 years ago from them. The owner wanted to make sure that the nib worked well since he upgraded the nibs. I was awazed with the customer service. Three years later, I am still using the pen. It is so smooth, and fits my hand. But the best part, it is a souvenir from my trip to Boston. I highly recommend this company. My pen was made from the wood that was replaced on the USS Constitution.
I have purchased many pens over the years they are not only stunning but the craftsmanship is superior to any product available in a store plus they have historical significance and as a gift always result in “wow”!!!!!! That’s fantastic!!!!!!
