Poor communication, next to non existent customer service. They were unable to work with any deadline, even worse they were unable to communicate this point. I ended up withdrawing my patronage and going with a different company. But not before American Nameplates effectively wasted 7 months of my life by repeatedly promising to have thier work complete, without ever started it.
