I have been with this company for 7 months and have still not been able to figure out how to get supplies. Yesterday I got a bill for $7 along with the threat of actually sending it to collections. I followed the directions on the form, went to the specified websight to pay, and guess what. No contact us, no sign in, no billing link, just educational information that I already received when I got the CPAP. Very Frustrated!
