Best service around! Cassandra, or kassadra, (I'm not sure how she spelled it), helped me with my new case, and did a wonderful job putting my tempered glass screen protector on. No bubbles!
I have a prepaid phone and went in to pay my bill. I usually call but happened to have cash. Not only was the woman great but she looked at my account and asked if i knew i had been eligable for an upgrade since 2014. I didn't think prepaid could get upgrades. So she got me into a new phone and i love it. So happy with my experience i will be back
I've been with US Cell since 2006 as they have the best coverage on my peninsula. However, they are an abhorrent company with horrifically bad service.nAirwaves offers a great alternative to dealing directly with US Cell. Since opening they have always had some extremely helpful and knowledgeable people - Nicole and Rachel come to mind - and this is probably the only thing that has kept me from abandoning US Cell.nNot specifically related to Airwaves, but it's worth mention that US Cell's device protection plan, provided by Assurant, actually works as advertised. I had a broken phone replaced in two business days with no hassles and no complaints.
