Called to get supplies on my way to Boston . When I arrived she came out to the car took. My hearing aids in , cleaned them, put in new batteries, domes, and wax guards. Bring back the hearing aids and supplies in under 10 min o was on my way. Very happy with the service.

My previous experience with the prior vendor was quite unsatisfactory...whether it was them or Hear USA. So far so good with HearingLife....will reserve final opinion when I have my hearing devices.

Since masks are required everywhere in Maine I really expected him to wear a mask while I was there for service. Very disappointed he didn't wear one.
