I love the Farmington shops, and this one is okay too. It’s just sort of cramped and sometimes the customer service isn’t stellar - the occasional amazing find (I found a Betsey Johnson dress for $9.99!!!) makes it worth it.
I just moved to the area. I went in today excited to have a shop so close. I had 2 items, went to the counter and they could not break my bill. I said I am going to Hannaford buy something and I will come back (next door). She said she would have to return the items to the racks. You know what?? There they can stay! Lost a customer, got a bad review on both Facebook and Google.
