I have been with AT&T for a long time now, and I have never felt so swindled! I went in, simply looking for information, and left with several items, some of which I can't even use! I was happy with Nate helping me save some money in the long run, but I'm not happy that I now have to pay for a charger I will never use, a screen protector that wasn't put on right and cracked the same day, and a battery pack for iPhone I don't have. IT SAYS THAT ON THE BOX! I bought two phones that day, both android! Come on, man. I was told repeatedly the screen protectors I was getting were glass, but they folded like plastic after cracking the same day I got them. I went in with no intention of buying anything, just have some questions answered. Over all, I'm just really disappointed. I don't understand why I was sold products I can't use, and I don't understand why the screen protectors cracked so easily. I was told that by leaving a 5 star review, the manager might pick me as the winner for their contest. I don't care. I don't want to win if that's how customers are treated here.

This AT&T location is hands down one of the best I've been to. I went in to do an upgrade and I'm still blown away at how swift of a process the staff there made it. They're in a convienient location (right in the village across from the Oakley outlet), which makes it super easy to access from both the street or the parking garage. Both the manager Nate, and his staff are super friendly and very professional. These guys know what they're doing. As long as AT&T Freeport is standing, I will be an AT&T customer.

AT&T Freeport is one of the best locations I’ve been too, The store manager Nate is very Professional and knowledgeable his rep Charlie as well, they were able to explain everything I needed to know down to a tee. Nate was able to fix a simple problem I couldn’t haha. But all seriousness I’m going to be coming here rather than the corporate store in Brunswick. Very knowledgeable and caring!!

Went in to switch from T-Mobile and the manager Nate convinced me to switch after he told me the promos with the iPhone and i couldn’t be more happier. He was fantastic! He definitely deserves a raise! I went to the At&T store in Brunswick with my cousins and the guy there was so rude and dealing with the staff here was truly a breathe of fresh air!

I worked with Nate and Caden to upgrade my iPhone 6S to an iPhone 11. Everything went very smoothly and quickly! These guys are very good at what they do! Very helpful, cheerful and informative!
