It is so nice to call, have the phone answered by a live person immediately, and have questions or issues resolved in moments - I’d still be wading through teleprompts and listening to lies blaming COVID for their poor service at Midland or BMO Harris; instead I’m already off the phone and back to business at Northwest!
I am so discussted with this bank, I am on social security and my checks should be available at 12:01 am but this bank it doesn't show in my account till after 9am the next day !!! The bank I was with before I didn't have these issues, am ready to close my account and go someplace else !!!!
This past week, this bank has charged me twice on 3 seperate transactions. I had to call to get them reversed. Then a few days later they added funds to my account that didn't belong there, causing me to go negative in my account. There is always a problem with this bank and I am leaving to another bank this is ridiculous.
