I enjoy scratch offs and power Ball, to me it is an alternative to casinos and their cigarettes, plus no rude people as casinos have, also people don't have to keep up player card levels to receive benefits, at least I get a return of some money without strings attached. So people shouldn't complain about this or any other lotto. Remember casino employees only put a fake face on to impress you and for no other reason, I should know I was an employee of a casino.
Huge lines with only two people working in the office. Very inefficient and horribly slow. They really need to get the process fixed for cashing in winning tickets
Went early on Friday, the two women working were very nice and speedy! Got in and out in under 15 minutes which is much better than what I’ve been hearing about the Desplaines office lol
The ladies there are very helpful, with a smile!
They close for lunch however, it is not posted on the website. Big inconvenience!!
