JB Glass Service

I received a window that was cut to short so I called and spoke with Jeff. I advised that the window was to small and he began to yell at me on the phone stating that I got the exact measurements my contractor requested. I asked him to please calm down and that I am trying to figure out a solution, he asked what the measurements were I provided them to him and he stated he will send me a text and to confirm the measurements (I’m assuming to eliminate him from any fault if by chance this one wasn’t correct also). I confirmed the measurements and he cut it right away and called and said I can come and pick it up.nnWhen I arrived he proceeded to try and charge me full price for the glass and I asked why because this was his error. I showed him the text that my contractor sent directly to him previously advising of what we needed and to please follow up if he had any additional questions. Of course Jeff never replied so we’d assume that we were all set to go. He began to say he never received it and proceeded to pull it up on his phone which of course he had received it (shockerud83dude44) but instead of an apologizing it actually made him angrier and the yelling began.. He said he’s been in years for 40plus years and that he’s busy and he doesn’t see everything that comes through. I asked why is it my fault that you’re to busy and messed up my order? I asked him to calm down and he said you guys do this to me all the time wanting sh-* for free! And then asked “DO YOU WANT IT OR NOT? ILL THROW THIS SH-* IN THE TRASH!!” So I told him to keep his glass and a few choice words and left.nnBut wait there’s more, the contractor sent someone else to try and come to a conclusion with Jeff and they agreed to $20 (when we should not have been charged). When they got the glass to the property, IT WAS THE WRONG PIECE AGAINud83dude29!! He called Jeff and advised HIM that he gave him another client order ud83eudd26ud83cudffd‍♀ufe0f. Luckily we caught it otherwise another customer would’ve had to go through the same horrific experience.nn***DONT SHOP HERE UNLESS YOU DONT MIND PAYING FOR THE SAME THING TWICE!!!***nnThe worst customer service experience I’ve ever had

Jeff and crew did a great job for me. I was needed the glass replaced on my house and they did exactly what they said they were going to do and when they said they would do it. I am very pleased with them and would have them work on any glass need I have in the future.

Our office front door hinge broke late in the afternoon. Since we had worked with Jeff before (he fabricated and installed a plexi shield for our receptionist desk), we called his office and he quickly returned my call. He was out in the field, but drove to Pleasant Prairie and fixed our office door...just in time for locking up at 5pm for the day. Thank you Jeff!!nnRandy

They saved the day with their prompt friendly service. Would recommend and will use them for future projects.
