I received great customer service! The sales representative was very patient and helpful. I told him, how much I appreciated his assistance. I recommend a raise!!
Activation Fee isnt $25 its $15, no matter what they tell u there is no such thing as $25 activation fee. We got charged $40 extra dollars for no reason. How funny that everywhere else has the exact same price except this store that claims “not all stores are by the same owners and do things differently”. That’s like one GameStop cheating you $60 for a game and another charging you $130 for the exact same game. It’s nothing but scamming here for Easy money
So far, the better of the Boost Mobile stores around.
Would not recommend buying phones or working for them !
