They did a terrific job repairing my favorite boots. Finished the work when promised and I thought it was reasonably priced for the amount of work involved.
Mr. Shin is such a wonderful person . He bought the shop from my grandfather Mr. Merlo many years ago. I take all of my items that need to be fixed there.
I was recommended that he could do the job butnI wouldn’t recommend him to anyone my self I asked to have some zippers put in a brand new pair of $400 dollarboots and to think he would be attentive to detail and take pride in his work the way he charges$$ felt he was pricy when he told me how much it was but knowing he was recommended I went for it. Well I should of done it myself probably would look the same.nHe might be good for others things but for this project not really. See it for yourself
It's already very pricey and then he wanted to charge me more when I asked him to fix a mistake. A little context - I took three pairs of pants to get tapered ($25 each). Two of the pairs come out the way I asked and the other came out WAY too thin. I asked him if could make it bigger and he wanted to charge me an additional $20. I definitely won't be going back. I'd recommend using someone else for you tailoring needs.
Very nice and reasonable price for shoe repair shoes ready in a day or two
