Service technicians were both great. Windows are working like new. Only issue is it took 3 months to get the work done, but otherwise all good!!
Very happy with experience dealing with Pella, it took the technician 10 minutes to install Casment window and was on time for appointment. The sales staff were very knowledgeable with products and friendly. I’ll use this company again in future. Thanks again
Had my window replaced under warranty, very satisfied.
My husband purchased our windows/sliders from this ofc. The 3 times in the last 5 years we have tried to call them, they dont answer their phone, nor do they return their phone messages. We end up calling chicago.
