Warren Holmes has serviced my school's microscopes through MicroTech for years ( 20+) and at two different school districts. He is very thorough and takes the care necessary to keep our scopes in working order vs trying to always sell us a new one. Yet, he is always helpful when I have questions about new technology available. He accommodates our schedule vs making us work around his schedule and he always works within our budget. I think that shows why I gave Microtech the 5-Star Rating.
