We spent 2 years planning our pool and after interviewing several builders we decided to go with Swim Shack. Josh was the most knowledgeable, trustworthy, and truly cared about what we wanted. Josh and his crews did a exceptional job, followed through with everything that they said the would, on time and on budget. We could not be happier with the results of our project or with our choice of contractor. Highly recommended 5 star service!
Swim Shack is simply a fantastic pool company. We had our pool installed 5 years ago and the experience was very enjoyable. Professional, punctual and great communication. I was kept informed of what was going on and if/why there were any delays (the only delays we had were due to weather).nnSince installation, we've had our pool serviced by Swim Shack and the experience continues to be very good. They are straight shooters, will tell you what's best for your pool, and will save you money in the processnnIn the five years we've had our pool, our pump went out last year and our sand filter sprung a leak this year. The pump was replaced the same day I called; pricing was very reasonable. Despite the sand filter being 5 years old, Swim Shack got it covered under warranty which is simply fantastic. They didn't have to do that but they did and it speaks volumes about who they are and they're commitment to taking care of their customers.nnI trust Swim Shack and highly recommend them if you're considering a pool.
Great family place. Josh and his crew are so nice and treat everyone with respect. And all they’re pools turn out amazing.
I think josh is great. He knows his stuff. They're a smaller operation so things can be slower from time to time but I know the answers I'm given are solid and accurate.
Josh and his crew are great!! We just recently finished a large pool project and highly recommend Swim Shack.
