I have been communicating (virtually) with Rey for several years as I have put in service trains I purchased in Europe 30 years ago. His (and his colleagues') advice and service have been outstanding. The breadth and depth of his inventory and the prompt attention to web placed orders have allowed me to progress with my projects with minimal delay. The store is a tremendous asset for all of us with European equipment.

Check your credit card statements, random charges show up from Reynauld's Euro Imports and Emails sent with expired tracking numbers for equipment I did not order.nnI had to call for a return, so far so good, but what would happen if I never called?

In the past I would have given this place 5 starts but unfortunately I'm downgrading it to a 1. This is because for the last 3 orders I have received faulty locomotives which were unable to run and even had physical damage on the frame. Due to the warranty policies of the manufacturer the warranty does not apply internationally thus I had to repair the items at my own cost. Getting a refund and sending the items back would be impractical. On a side note thank you for your rapid and professional response I've already had the items in question repaired and are up and running. I do hope next time nothing of this sort happens.

Got a Piko DB BR 120 Electric Locomotive. Extremely well packaging, not a single scratch to model, also very good communication. Shipped to India by USPS First Class Mail, due to pandemic it was very slow, and deliver by three months, whenever I need any assistance, reply received within 2 to 4 hour. Very much recommended seller, will buy more in future.

I have been Reynaulds's customer for over 20 years. They are my main supplier of European N scale models. I also service model trains (mine and fellow NTRAK club members), and Reynauld's has also been my main source of spare parts. Back in early 2000s obtaining parts from European manufacturer was a real hassle, but Reynauld's staff was always very accommodating when I needed spare parts. With their connections with European manufacturers, they were able to get me the parts I needed.nnWith the number of models I have purchased over the years, sometimes a problem would show up. The problems were mostly not Reynauld's fault - usually factory defects. Not to fear though - friendly Reynauld's staff (thanks Rey!) would always make things right.nnReynault's is my top go-to dealer of European models. The only thing I can think of that keeps Reynauld's from being the perfect online vendor is the lack of real-time inventory on their website. But I understand that it would take quite a lot to accomplish that, and it does not stop me from coming back to them time and time again.nnI highly recommend Reynauld's to anyone looking for European prototype model trains. You will not be disappointed.
