I have always had good care in St John.nHad my Right knee replaced there. Staff was awesome, very responsive & caring. Very careful if sanitation & hygiene. I shared a room with another knee replacement patient & we were both very happy with the care we received. .

I was here for kidney stones and they treated me better than any other hospital I’ve ever been in. Thank you for quick and caring staff and services.

I hate going to this place, but my Dr needed a xray and this is the only place in town to get one. I went in having two mask on, yet in the entrance is a coffee shop and no one had mask on in it. I WAS TOLD THEY ARE EATING SO THEY DON'T HAVE TO HAVE A MASK ON? I was told i needed to take off my two mask and put on one of there little paper mask? i told them i have two mask on and you want me to take them off close to 5 people that don't have mask on to put on your little paper mask? And you think that is keeping everyone safe? I again pointed out there are now 7 people not having mask on with in 5 feet of all us? She said i just do what i am told? And this was the person they had at the door keeping everyone safe in the hospital? CRAZY JUST CRAZY

They are far too worried about covid, yes I understand the risk but have been tested 4 times this month and do not have. Brought my step son in to be seen, after waiting 3+ hrs to be seen i step out to smoke and now they will not let me return to waiting area. He does not have a phone with him and am his ride home, he has no idea where I parked and now am waiting outside by the door for him to come out. Nurses at door doing covid screening were rude when I asked to go to cafeteria and apparently whole place is closed. So happy this is our only place for emergency care...worst medical experience ever
