I won't be back. Matt the PA was so dismissive, and asked my child questions in language she didn't understand. (Larger words, she is a child.) He kept dismissing her symptoms and me explaining what had happened. It was like he wasn't even listening. There was no wait and the front office staff were very nice. The MA was weird and cold. When a child is curled over in pain crying, is beet red and has a fever that won't go away, you don't treat them like that Matt! I work in the medical field as well and would never dream of treating any of my patients like you treated me and my child. Go get some sensitivity training. CE credits? Thanks for nothing.

I had something in my eye. I was in alot of pain they got me right in to see the doctor and the nurse was so nice she came in and filled out the paperwork for me that I was suppose to fill out. It was a great experience other than my eye

I gave them one star only because it forced me too otherwise they would get ZERO. I don't usually write reviews but our experience was so awful it felt like others needed to be warned! My husband and I were in the area camping and my daughter developed very red painful bumps on the bottom of both of feet. We brought her to urgent care because she was unable to walk. Upon check in they had me pay $161.00. The doctor was in the room for less than 30 seconds, said he had never seen anything like it and wrote a prescription.He also kept repeating that we just need to give her ibuprofen even after i wrote down and told him more than once that she was allergic. I asked him to please run labs to see if she had an infection before I was willing to just give her antibiotics. He flat out refused. He told me the tests were pointless. I told him that my husband and I did not feel like we were being heard and that we wanted a refund since he gave us no information and we were basically being forced to take her somewhere else. He told me that we would not get a refund because we were paying for his 25 years of experience.(What a freaking joke!) He then told me that we could go wherever else we wanted to and walked away. When we got home we wound up taking her to her primary care physician who was able to tell us what was going on and ran some tests to rule out an underlying infection as well. I urge anyone else that is needing medical care, to go to the ER. It was a complete waste of time and money to see Dr. Shin at Pacific Urgent Care!
