Not the place to go if you are having anxiety and panic attacks driving after a car accident. They stated they would only see me if they received a letter from my insurance that they would cover the cost, regardless of having mental health services covered under my Insurance. Insurance doesn't work like that. Private would be secondary to PIP and 3rd party car insurance. My private insurance would cover what's denied by these, or be reimbursed by these insurances. They can't say what would be covered until after based on what these other insurances cover. This clinic doesn't accept PIP, and they wouldn't schedule based on my private insurance without this notification. My insurance provider tried calling and discussing the matter, and was told because the accident claims haven't been settled they couldn't determine a diagnosis and whether or not I was having these issues based on the accident. A diagnosis shouldn't have anything to do with whether or not a claim is settled. They should treat the patient and leave the claim up to the insurance companies to figure out.

Dr.Rodrick was amazing! Sadly I moved back to the East Coast but can say he's been the best doctor I've ever had the pleasure of seeing..
