Slowest bank i've ever been to

been here multiple times and every single time i have to wait at least 15 minutes in like to get help. and what made me write this post today is that one of the tellers started just chatting it up with one of her friends while helping her which initiated to show her stuff online via her phone. i guess no sense of urgency at this establishment
