Absolutely infuriating hours,open for 2.5 hours on.a Saturday and closes before most people get out of work.
Terrible service. Lobby is closed due to pandemic. Drive thru only yet nobody was at the window for ten minutes. Waste of time go somewhere else.
BY FAR THE WORST experience I could imagine. FRAUD through this location and the dispute DENIED! Looks like law might need to take care of this.

I recently just purchased a new vehicle and the loan is through US Bank. If you’re expecting good service, DO NOT GO HERE.nI had a terrible first impression of this bank because of this guys. I come in to do a cash advance out of my debit card because their ATM is out of service and the “banker” Andres tells me they’re going to charge me a fee to do this or I can drive down the street to my bank get the money, then back to US Bank to make my payment. What???n& It’s not so much what he said, I could of gone down the street and do it. It’s how he said it. The lack of training and professionalism is very noticeable on this guy. He needs to get off his high horse.nI only have an auto loan. I could of easily been a potential new customer for different products but I instead he made my visit stressful and inconvenient. I’m disgusted with the service of this branch.
