It was ok. Smaller selection than other Petco’s.
Wide selection of toys, friendly staff
Pick up was easy and the customer representative was really nice, quick and helpful. The Arlington Heights store did not have 2 items in my order and the representative. I didn't catch his name, but he was really helpful and pointed to items in the store that were similar and let me know that he would be able to price match it to online prices.
I give them a 4 star only because they did not have the item in stock, a 40 gallon fish tank. I feel like I have had the same issue with them in the past. Otherwise, they are just fine. Friendly staff, etc.
Dee the groomer has been super helpful in getting my puppy set up on a grooming routine. She really goes the extra mile and always has a positive attitude even when it’s super busy. My pup loves her too!
