Always great service and atmosphere. Upset that they removed lots of menu items that were favorites. The lunch specials in particular. Other than that, great location.
Food was good but our server was inattentive and slow despite the place being pretty empty. Our food runner, José, was great, though! He was friendly and energetic every time he approached our table, and he was quick to give us things that were missing from our meal when we pointed them out.
Friendly and accommodating staff. Great broccoli soup! The prime rib was a little on the tough side.
Our server, Jose, was excellent. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for over twenty years, with the majority of it in downtown Chicago. He was on point with suggestions, timing, and hospitality. When you stop in, ask for Jose.
I love Outback but the picture attached is one of 2 diffrent plates not eaten of deep fried ribs, so gross! The steak was under cooked and raw, the shrimp overcooked and dried out. I wont come back to this location.
