11/2020 We come here frequently. Good service and the food is good. Take out orders are not always accurate though. Close, but miss things sometimes.nn2017 We like Chili's. The food is usually pretty good and the service is friendly. Prices are ok and its clean. The atmosphere is nice and you can talk without shouting. Fun place with good staff.
Where can I start? Chili’s has always been one of my favorite restaurants. everything there is of high class, the service, the variety of food there is, everything is well organized, overall excellent! what I like the most are their soups. personally I have always gotten the baked potato soup And I have never gotten an issue with it. I go here every once in a while with friends and they seem to enjoy it as well. You can never go wrong with chili’s!
Food was great and staff was awesome! Special thank you to Amy! Towards the end of our visit my mom’s blood pressure was low and she wasn’t feeling too well, almost fainted- Amy came to the rescue to help out. She was very attentive the entire time we were there and very friendly. Thank you again Amy!!!
Very ironic signs on their benches! Because we indeed Did Have To Wait to be seated- despite there not being many occupied tables. Once seated we placed our order. After a while our entrees came out- but there was still no sign of the appetizer. It was just chips n cheese dip- not really something that you would expect to wait a long time for. We asked our waitress about it and she appeared caught off guard- and said she would check on it. Probably could have just said at that point that it was forgotten about and asked if we still wanted it. Anyway after we were about done with our entrees she came back out with it. We really had just ordered it cuz we were pretty hungry as soon as we came in, n thought it would come out fast...o well. Food was pretty good- service not so much.
Walked in tonight to dine in and was told the wait time would be 30-40 minutes. A family of 4 just walked out and there was 2 other tables of 2. I asked why and the hostess mumbled something about Covid and not wanting to overwhelm the 2 waitors they had on shift. It made no sense but I want management to know that it seemed like no one wanted to work tonight.
