I love this bank. It reminds me of how banks used to be where everyone knows your name. It has a nice small town feel to it and they treat you like a person rather than a number. I do personal banking as well as business banking with Parkway.
Worst experience ever with this loan officer. Mark D. MajdeckinVice President, Commercial Lendingnn- commitment letter was promised on a Wednesday and never recieved it until 11 days later.n- never gave me a checklist of what was needed to close.n- and when i did get one. He was constantly adding new items to the list. did not know what exactly waht was needed to put the loan together.n- extremely un organized.n- was constantly asking me to ask for contract extensions.n- when i advised him that I needed a clear to close. Was told that parkway bank does not say clear to close. And it is out of his hands. Even though we were working on this loan for over 2 months.n- I had to ask for 2 extensions and when I told him My contract was going to expire and I was going to lose the deal. He told me in a non caring voice to ask for another extension.n- I then explained they do not want to offer a 3rd extension and what is the reason for thenloan not being ready and that I am $9,000 of fees paid already into the loan that I would lose.n- I have closed on my loan 18 days ago and I still have not recieved an answer on what my monthly payment is. As of now the Bank cannot tell me my monthly payment. I am told constantly that they will get back to me. Too be continued.......
