No one answers the phone. The automated answering service says all reps are already serving customers and then it just dumps the call. Same at the Tinley location. I've been with BOA for 20 years but i think I'm done. I can't get anywhere online and can't speak to any actual person.

The worst location ever , they never answer phone calls , they have a different policy from all other locations I wish I could give them zero Bc they don’t even deserve this 1 star , don’t ever go to this bank !
This is about the worst bank I've ever used. Constantly changing the hours to suit their needs. Always closing earlier than the posted times on the door.
DO NOT! I repeat! DO NOT COME TO THIS BOFA! Worst and dumbest bank management in history. Expect long wait times.
