Absolutely happy with our visit today! We were welcomed upon entering. We were there to pick up, but we also wanted to look around. We found 2 pairs of shoes and got 4 packs of socks. The cashier let us know if the current sales as soon as we walked in and he also let us know of available coupons that we didn't realize we had in the app. He is super helpful, excellent customer service. We will definitely be back soon!
I recently purchased a pair of Doc Marten from this store, and I could not be more satisfied with the experience. From the first step in the door, I was immediately welcomed and asked if I needed service. Eventually Brett, did a fantastic job helping me search the Famous Footwear catalogue to find the right boot for me. Eventually, the shoes were shipped in and took no less than 3 business days.nnCalled me old fashion, but this experience beats buying on amazon every time, plus I saved over $50! Next time you need shoes, stop in, ask for Brett and save some money. You'll be happy you did
