All of my puppies love coming here to get groomed! Loving the new Grooming Salon; staff is always friendly and they d I a fabulous job! My puppies always come home super happy after they have their visits!
Great store, great associates and the manager Chris is friendly and efficient! An item was missing from my online order and Chris resolved it immediately! I also like that everything in the store is made in the USA.
Have been getting my dog groomed here for five years and at the most recent appointment I accidentally walked out without paying and the bill in my coat pocket (took 10+ min between receiving bill and receiving dog). Honest mistake. I called back once I got home to let them know and to hopefully pay over the phone. Spoke with Paige and she refused to allow me to pay over the phone saying computers won’t allow it (Computers won’t allow you to type in a CC # ?). Then she demanded I come back or she will call the police. Talk about customer service. I’ll find a new place that will treat customers better.
I can't say enough good things about this place. Paige is a star!! She has been so helpful as we navigate getting our very fist fish tank up and running. So knowledgeable and so helpful and so kind !! The whole staff is friendly and helpful.
