Was referred to this weight loss program many years ago by doctor. Dr A and all staff are extremely courteous and have a vested interest in your weight loss journey. Was very successful in losing a lot of weight as well as the hardest part of maintaining to keep the weight off. I highly recommend this program to anyone who wants to lose weight in a very serious and safe manner as well as achieve long term successful results.

I am newer to the program, just finishing up my 3rd month, but nothing but good things to say about this program after frustrating attempts at many other programs in the past while my weight continued to slowly raise. I realize this will be a journey, but in the first 3 months I have lost just over 21 pounds, and learned a lot to adjust my habits to help towards the goal. The program design with focus on medical, nutrition, mental health and physical health is the necessary combination as they all play against each other if only focusing on one.nThe weekly group meetings are highly recommended with rotating focus of nutrition, physical wellness and mental wellness hosted by professionals in the area for that weeks topic. Open and honest discussions with both the presenter and attendees is greatly appreciated. Variety of weekly meeting options and locations make these fairly easy to schedule around.

Knowledgeable and caring staff. The program covers all aspects of weight loss - the science of weight loss, nutrition, exercise and the social aspects.nnI've lost 40+ pounds and managed to keep it off for 6 years now.
