U.S. Bank Branch

Went through this bank, with my ex and they refused to take her off saying she has to. So I went in to get a new bank account in September. The lady at the counter helped me and said everything was taken care of, I asked for my new account number and she told me not to worry about it. This bank is messed up and doesn’t care at all about they’re customers. If I could give zero stars then I would. Don’t go with them you will have the same hassle.

We went in to straighten out what we where told was not US Bank problem ...long story short Charlene De Jong went above and beyond to not only get to the bottom of the issue but made sure to see it through ....God Bless her ...there are still beutiful people on display in America ...outstanding work Charlotte God bless you

I have been a customer for 20 years, closing my account as soon as my last check clears, Longview Washington branch has horrible customer service, we have no idea the random hours, but to make someone sit in a drive through for 6 cars then say closed you were a few minutes after closing at 4, which I even left work early to try and go.nnNo thank you, will not be discussing it. You had all these cones out but decided at 4:20 to come out and tell people to leave, could make hours more clear. The man was very passive aggressive and gave no chance to respond.
