Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

Easy to use, generally work properly. There were a couple problems but it looks like they fixed them.

BEST BANK EVER!!!!!nI'm have had overdraft fees of 400$ returned and I love this bank!nBefore I wasn't a member I thought the longer wait was annoying, Jesse and the crew there are great to b.s. with and joke with and the time spent in the bank is pleasant.

At least a half hour wait at all times when I go in there. I deposit a check from the same company every 2 weeks and I still have to wait up to 4 days sometimes. I've seen more than 2 people working the counter 1 time in my life, while they have people in a line from one entrance all the way across the building to the other entrance. All of this is while I watch 2-3 people constantly chatting with one another having a good time.

There is always a long wait when I come in. It may be that I come in during their busiest time of day, but they do have unattended teller stations that they could staff during rush hours.nnHowever, I always get great service and the tellers have recognized me and remembered our previous conversations despite how few times I've actually been in here. It adds a nice personal touch.
