Food is fantastic only reason for 1 star... service is pathetic. We were here all day had a 600 dollar bill and the waiter and waitress Danielle we’re not friendly at all in fact made me feel like a burden the whole time. I am a local I loved this place before today won’t be back.
The menu was simple but full of fantastic options and it all tasted amazing. We went on a busy night and service was decent but could have been better (asked for water twice and never received it, several drinks were watered down). The atmosphere is lovely, relaxed but still fun. The entire building is beautiful. We wandered around for a half hour while waiting for our reservation (we showed up really early) and there were two secret rooms. Very fun place to visit and great restaurants.
Very beautiful views from the Kalama Harbor Lodge. Really enjoyed the views from the ground level and then even more so from the cloud bar on the 4th floor. We tried their dessert sampler, and loved all three of the deserts. Can't wait to go back.
Great food, excellent building, and service was ok. The building is very nice and worth taking a minute to explore. Look for the secret rooms on the third and fourth floors.
Relax and have one of the many McMenamins handcrafted ales, ciders, wines, spirits or coffees. True lounge has free live music, weekly on Wednesday & Thursday nights, 7 p.m. ‘til 10 p.m. I’ve been told it’s a family friendly venue, and all ages are welcome to dine while taking in the tunes ranging from blues to folk rock to swing, so bring the kids!
