Josh is very personable and knowledgeable, especially with fish. He helped me set up with a beta fish and tank setup. He answered all my questions as this was my first fish. He made me feel a lot less anxious about being able to take care of the fish properly. Things went so well I decided to get another set up! I now have 2 happy and healthy beta fish!

I think Petco is great when you get lucky and have someone knowledgeable about the products and animals they carry. I decided to get some fish, and Josh at North haven was a big help in choosing the right fish for me.nnThey have a great discount promotion with when you buy online and pickup your order at a store. It makes shopping for my pets hassle free and much cheaper at the same time! I hope they continue the promotion in the future.nnI didn't give 5 starts because some stores are not as clean (fish tank, etc.) as the others.nnGenerally speaking, I think they have been trying to improve what they carry (pet food, etc.), and also with customer service. Perhaps I'll give 5 starts in the near future, if they keep on getting better.

Selena did a wonderful job with my dog Rocco today. He felt really comfortable with her and was a happy camper afterwards. Great personality and a lovable vibe towards animals goes a long way. Sew ya soonud83dude01

Well that wasn’t much fun , the middle aged woman with highlights literally huffed and said are u kidding me under her breath when we asked for some fish that I ended up myself and ran and hid in the employee lounge when we wanted to see some reptiles why would you work at a petco and not be comfortable with animals? We ended up having to go to all pets club to get what we needed.

I was happy with the service and the staff was very friendly but I waited about 15 minutes before someone helped me even after I asked someone to get me help getting the pet I wanted.
