I have seen Dr. Dozier about 6 times since early 2019. His nurse, Lauren has taken over 7 days to return my phone calls. She never returned my last one regarding a lab bill that she told me would be over $200 less than what it was. I pay out of pocket and require pricing up front so that I can prepare financially for procedures. I ask the front desk, the nurse and the Dr. what the cost out of pocket for my procedure is going to be. After my procedure I pay in full before I leave. But it NEVER fails.... a few days go by and I receive a bill for hundreds of dollars I wasn't prepared for. I pay these expenses by using pay my provider on the care credit website and 3 weeks later I get another bill with end of month type charges on it. I then have to call and tell them all my payment information and confirmation number etc. All while receiving attitude. I've dealt with the bs long enough. I will not be returning for follow up care.

I’m 23 weeks pregnant with my second child. My first child was delivered early via c section because of preeclampsia. My doctor with my first pregnancy retired so I decided to try women’s healthcare. I originally was seeing one doctor who told me my baby had a 50% chance of having spinia bifida or some other defect I was also mailed the wrong lab results. Not only that she called and corrected herself and said she was looking at someone else’s results and my baby was fine. I switched over to another doctor at women’s healthcare and today I was made to feel super uncomfortable. They sat outside the room and questioned my motherhood and why I came in/ called so much with blood pressure concerns. I also was told to get undressed because I explained I was having pressure but upon hearing someone say I don’t want to go In there I put my clothes back on a refused. I’ve been having pressure and light bleeding since Sunday and it’s sad I don’t feel comfortable enough to call my doctor or see my doctor. I really hope people learn to show compassion because there is already so many mean people in the world. You never know how much acts of kindness can go a long way especially for someone like me who just buried a relative this past Friday. I willnContinue to put my faith in god and hope for the best during this pregnancy.

Everyone at the center is very nice and helpful. I've never had to wait for more than 5 minutes before being called back and Dr. Dozier is amazing. His bedside manner and tendency to talk about normal things during the exam makes one comfortable despite the general awkwardness of the procedure.

Had my yearly mammogram which is paid for by my insurance company. Because they had someone out-of-network read the results I now owe money. They said I needed to dispute it with my insurance company and my insurance company said they've paid their share and that Women's Healthcare is at fault. So, I will now have to pay the money owed and I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN! It's pretty bad when you charge your patient for your mistake! I would give them no stars if I could!

The doctors are mindful and caring, but the staff are rude and argumentative, not friendly, and slow. Wait time is always a minimum of 2 hours, even when you're the only person in the lobby. The staff also do not read notes left in accounts and do not always schedule (or somehow/mysteriously delete) every appointment/test you are explicity told by your doctor to have done.
