Meghan at the window is one of the nicest emlloyees I have encountered in Fort Payne!
It took over 30 mins to get our food. We tried to look at the positive side that it would be fresh... It was so thrown together... After waiting 20 mins we were told we had to go back through drive thru to get 2 drinks.... Unprofessional..
Only the drive through is open. Nice customer service. Chicken livers were good.
They have the best chicken that I have had in a long time.
Went trough the drive through, they didn’t listen for my side order of mac and cheese forgot to swap out one of the orders cole slaw for mashed potatoes, and forgot my honey mustard and gave ranch instead. Not the first time things like this have happened. They have forgotten other side orders before as well as cookies that are meant to come with the meals. Sub-par.
