Great I bought a Samsung Galaxy A71 5G, then I went back a couple times because it's so different from any of my old phones I needed help to figure out things.

The manager was awesome!!! I've had Sprint for years and have never been to that store. I had an issue with my voicemail and I called tech support and they couldn't fix it. Then I called Samsung and they couldn't fix it, they told me it was a sprint problem. So, I go into the store. The guy greeted me right away and wasn't trying to shy out of doing the work. He called tech support and fixed everything for me. Excellent service. Would definitely go there again

currently in contact with OSHA, employees at this store allow small children to be stored in the break room during covid-19.

I just stopped by to buy my husband a birthday present. I was in the process of purchasing an Apple Watch that retailed for $409.00 before tax and fees. While they were retrieving the watch from stock I asked if I could use the restroom. I am obviously pregnant at 26 weeks and was told “No”. So even though I was getting ready to spend $450 and even though I am an expecting Mother they were unwilling to accommodate my simple request to use the restroom. I can understand no public bathrooms for non paying customers but this is ridiculous. I walked out and they lost a sale. This policy in archaic and insensitive... shame on you Sprint! For the prices of technology that your customers are spending the least you can do is afford them the convenience of using the restroom....ESP EXPECTING MOTHERS!!!!

Friendly staff.... we signed up for 5 lines recently.... the sales consultants were very helpful.
