Well it's been about a year since I've been there. but I called, place my order no problem picked it up about 15 minutes later I got the steak grinder fries and a drink and it was as delicious as the last time I remember. So yes I'll keep going back..nBecause the food is always wonderful and the pizza is always delicious
Really good food, I tell you what!
I usually love Bellacino's, but today was the exception. A total of 4 customers including myself, 5 young people working, and the place was a wreck.nNot one table was cleaned properly, trash and food littering the floor.nThe food was pretty good but the wait was 22 minutes on a chicken bacon ranch grinder and a bag of potato chips which were forgotten until I mentioned them. And walked back up to retrieve them myself.nStep up your game Bellacino's management.
Very unhappy with my service the cashier working didn't know what she was doing when the other worker in the front asked her what she was doing her response was she was trying to figure out a way to steal my credit card number. That really bothered me I don't find that as a normal joke. I paid over the phone something I now don't feel comfortable with doing now with this company. My niece and brother in law was standing right in front of her when she said it. The other lady working asked her why she would say something like that. Very very unprofessional.
This location has nice workers and I usually call in to order. Pick up time is usually never more than 15 minutes and they are efficient. Haven't messed up an order yet. I do miss the ice cream in store though!
