My daughter came into Verizon and came home so happy, I just had to leave a review! This store is amazing! She said a lady named Kennedy worked with her getting her and her boyfriends phones set up. So pleased! 10 stars!

I am a customer of Verizon for many years now. I just wanted to voice my appreciation for one of your associates. Ethan of the South Williamson Verizon store, he goes above and beyond to help all the customers. He has been very helpful many times to myself and my family. He makes the process of upgrading or adding new lines so easy and stress free. His customer service is so friendly and professional. He’s truly proud of the job he does and it is easily noticed.
