Great location if you would like to get a quick outfit. The customer service is TRASH. The girls working here are disgustingly RUDE. The sign says they close at 7pm. They close the gate half way at 6:30pm and will not let you in. Overall get a new crew with better attitudes!!!nnWe went to the DTLR in Arlington, 15min out the way just to be greeted properly with smiles.nnSpend your money at the DTLR in Arlington you will not be disappointed.nn1 star for the location and the products in stock.

SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE! DTLR is horrible. This location is the worse one I’ve been to. Barely any shoes in stock. The clothing is horrible. The hat section has hats that look dirty and out of shape. When I walked into the store I did not get a greeting. The female sales rep looked right up at me and didn’t greet me and then went back to looking down at her phone. DTLR also does not accept returns they will only give you store credit or a gift card with the amount. I had to make a return because of a gift I bought my mom. The shoes ended up not fitting and they didn’t have her size. They tried to sell me something else but she wanted that specific shoe. Not I’m stuck with a gift card I cannot spend due to the lack of products they offer for sale. I had to go to the store on several different occasions as this store will close at any time even though the hours of operation is listed on the doors. Do not try to call them because you will not get a answer. I’ve been told in order to get Jordan retros that you have to have a “plug” meaning employees sell the shoes to who they want to. I usually don’t complain much but DTLR is not the urban powerhouse they make themselves out to be. The location in Dallas- oak cliff area on Lancaster road is a lot better. The staff is helpful and the selection of shoes is a lot better. So I’m not hating on them but this location on bridge street next to Albertsons need some serious help.

Great sea food and service

You can literally walk in this store & be ignored. Most workers are on their phone. One person was helping a customer. everyone else had their face in their phone, as if he was the only person in there to spend money. I try to support black business but this is just unacceptable!
