I have had horrible experiences with this place in the past. The service was TERRIBLE. I think after multiple complaints from basically everyone they decided to take the feedback and do something about it. My last experience was great. The customer service was fantastic the new employees were very helpful. I was able to make my exchanges flawlessly after getting the wrong size online. If I would have known the experience would’ve been so great, I wouldn’t have paid the $12 shipping to avoid interaction.

Went to store today for the first time. When I walked in the line was long. So in my mine I thought it was going to be a long wait. Line went fast person that helped me place order was very helpful. Purchased online and then made an appointment using online scheduler to pick up. With COVID-19 more prevalent in Texas glad I had options to still shop and be cautious.
