Dr. Ruiz has a very personable manner. Under that style is a very knowledgeable professional. She takes time to make sure all concerns are addressed. I ask a lot of questions and she makes sure they are all answered with a most accommodating and effective plan.

I have been seeing Dr. Ruiz for 4 years now. I was living in Elgin when I started seeing her and moved to Austin 6 months later. She is the absolute best doctor I have ever had the pleasure to meet. And it definitely is a pleasure to see her because it's like seeing a friend. She has the best bedside manner and remembers everything about you. Even things you mentioned about your personal life during small talk. She truly cares about her patients and she doesn't pressure me to take any medications if I don't need it. I drive to Manor to see her because she is the absolute best. I normally don't write reviews unless I feel very strongly about something or because I don't have the time or forget to do it. But it's rare to find a doctor that doesn't treat you like you're part of an assembly line or a lab rat so of course I have to write a review to let everyone know! Her staff is also amazing. They treat you like family and are the sweetest ladies you could ever meet.

I have been seeing Dr. Marilyn Ruiz every since she opened her office and she is an excellent doctor. Kathy and Olivia are wonderful and I love going to see Dr. Ruiz. I never have a long wait and I always get right in to see her and she goes over everything and makes sure I understand and answers any questions I might have. I'd recommend her to anyone.

I don't understand why during the worst season of the flu, this clinic does not have the proper equipment to test for it. not to mention, they never answer the phone or stick to their word about calling you back. My father was tested for the flu on a Friday and didn't get the results back until Monday and that's because we kept calling and calling. the receptionist over the phone also made a joke about type A and B, which is morally so wrong. Dr.Ruiz is a kind doctor, but when it comes to her patients, It really feels they are getting half fast service.
