Bought my little cousin a prom dress from here. When she got home she noticed the lace in the back was frayed. She was really upset. Called to see if they could replace/fix it (preferably) or exchange it. The woman I spoke with said it was on sale, so there was nothing they could do. I'm not sure what she means! I spent $185 on this dress.... on sale or not, a $185 article of clothing should be decent quality. Not to mention, we bought this on the 3rd and she hasn't even worn it yet. If she's unhappy with the quality, you should take pride in your brand and make sure your customers are getting their money worth.nI've reached out to them via email after getting off the phone with our store. I haven't heard anything back yet. I'll be leaving reviews everywhere I can until someone reaches out and does something about the dress.
Camille i went with my granddaughter and her mother l,ooking for a prom dress. There were some many beautiful dresses there. Yes she found one .she was happy with.they let you take 6 dresses to try and choose from.i was excited. Oldies and first one to go to the prom and they ask me to help..
A lot of selection of dresses for prom with a variety of price points. Bring prom season, it was busy and the wait for the fitting rooms was long. The line moved quickly though.
honestly, only two of the many staff members were nice, both were in the fitting room. I had asked an employee about a dress size and she was walking off while talking, not only that it seemed that me and my friend didn't have a expensive enough dress to be given excellent service . The two stars are for the strange and sort of rude customer service.
CHRISTY was OUTSTANDING! This was a fantastic experience because of her! I was looking for my wedding dress and with her experience, I found THE dress! Thank you so much Christy. I highly recommend !
