I used to buy shoes from this store because my kids really like their shoes. I also purchased mine, too. This Jan, I purchased two pairs of shoes, which one for mine and the other for my wife. Since this was brand new, I could not the the deal of buy one and get one half. I liked the design, so I paid two full regular prices. This Sep, after about passing 8 and half months, my right pair of shoe ripped. I only used this shoe for walking. I wend to the store to ask about there is a warranty for this shoe because I only wore this one for less than a year. The lady dis not know about any warranty, and gave me a 1-800 number. I call this number, and it directed me to their website. I searched the website and sent e-mail about asking the warranty of my shoes with picture. I did not get any answers. I send another e-mail last month. I also did not get any answers. So, I just decide not to buy anything from this brand anymore, and I upload the pictures of my ripped shoes. If you want to wear a shoes for 9 months, and be ripped, and throw away, buy this brand. Unless, do not buy this brand. Their shoes are too weak.

I called at 5:48 and was told you guys close at 7 so I drive all the way over here and get there at 6:30 and come to find out you guys are closed at 6. I appreciate you guys wasting my time.
