Outstanding customer service and a pleasant shopping experience. We were immediately greeted by an employee who was very knowledgeable about the shoes and eager to find out what we were looking for. She quickly helped find the shoes we were looking for in our sizes. She also did not pressure us to purchase anything, which we appreciated. Excellent experience.

Worst customer service!!! So disrespectful. An associate named Deidric associate # 118029 was the worst associate i have ever seen!!!nI just witnessed this associate when asked to throw something in trash forgot to say please since he was talking to his daughter and the associate stopped and told him in a very rude and condescending and in a demanding demeanor to get a please. Customer did not understand english well and this associate embarrassed and disrespected him in front of us and his daughter. It is in no way his place to demand a thank you or please. The customer asked him in a nice way but yes he forgot the please but this associate being of young age had no place to treat him like this. He is not his parent to talk to him the way he did. Shame on new balance for hiring someone so rude like this!!!!!
