Love everything this company stands for I will forever be a life time customer .. Just knowing I am not helping corporate America get rich and helping keep local mom and pop shops up and in business it’s a very warming feeling. Especially seeing the purpose of their store helps feed hundreds of families every year they are such a blessing to many families!! My first impression was shocking when I walked into browse around I felt at home or part of the family right away. It’s not often I am offered a complimentary beverage while I shopping in a retail store while I got to try all those beautiful boots they have to offer. Gerry Gonzales was my sales man and he took the time to fit me and my two children with new boots. He also had the best advice for the fit on the different brands they have to offer. So good to know how to get the best bang for my buck. Especially when it comes to kids boots and how fast my kids are growing out of their shoes this was so very good information to have seeing boots are not cheap. Who would have thought going up a size from what my kids are currently wearing and just purchasing shoe inserts can give my baby’s a lot longer use of their boots plus it makes the boots very comfortable with the added padding. Thank you Gerry for the advice and the amazing customer service!! I will be a repeating customer for life!!
All the employees here don’t wear masks at all we’re in the middle of a pandemic at least be a decent human you gotta respect all the other people around you...
