Nice selection of shoes and great sales if you look hard enough.
Was very disappointed when I went in today. My boyfriend went in to look for some shoes and I decided to try on a pair myself. I waited around for a long time as it was busy and I didn’t want to bother the workers. One worker kept going to the back and coming to the front. When he finally stayed at the front he clearly saw me standing waiting for someone to acknowledge me, and he continued to mumble something to the other worker. I finally asked him if they had my shoe size and he had the worse attitude. He didn’t offer to check or go to the back he simply mumbled “no” then turned away from me. I felt disrespected and didn’t end up purchasing anything. They could of made a sale but the poor customer service ruined my experience. I don’t plan coming to this finish line again. I’m in shock.
Prices are the same as competitors but service was really great,,,not a long time to wait for check out.
Empty! store bad service
Terrible service, I asked the rep here if he can help me three times. He looked at me and went back to doing what he was doing. I completely understand people being busy but an acknowledgement and telling me he would help me in a few minutes would go a long way. I always shop at finish line, this is the first location where the service was bad.
